We want you to be completely satisfied with Alametria. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a straightforward refund process as described below.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All new paid plan purchases come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your plan within 14 days of the initial purchase date, contact us at support@alametria.com and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. This applies to the 2-Month, 6-Month, Yearly, and Lifetime plans.
3. EU & UK Consumer Rights
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. To exercise this right, notify us at support@alametria.com within 14 days of purchase. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request.
4. Renewals and Extensions
Plan renewals and extensions are non-refundable after the 14-day guarantee period, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. If you do not wish to renew, simply do not repurchase — our plans are one-time payments and do not auto-renew unless you explicitly choose a renewal option.
5. Circumstances Where Refunds Are Not Available
- Requests made more than 14 days after the original purchase date (except where legally required).
- Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service.
- Partial refunds for unused portions of a plan period (we refund the full amount or nothing within the guarantee window).
6. How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@alametria.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include: (a) the email address used for your purchase, (b) your Alametria username, and (c) your reason for requesting a refund (optional but appreciated). We will respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
7. Payment Processor
All payments are processed by Paddle.com, who act as the Merchant of Record for Alametria transactions. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. If you have a dispute with a charge, you may also contact Paddle directly at paddle.com.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your rights under applicable consumer protection law are not affected by any changes to this policy.
